I'm here to make therapy valuable and meaningful. I am a warm and empathetic therapist, supporting people through life’s challenges with a focus on trauma, burnout, attachment, relationships, and self-esteem. My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and connection, helping you explore how past experiences shape thoughts, feelings, and behaviours while fostering growth in the here and now. Drawing on attachment theory, trauma-informed practice, and coaching techniques, I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to question old patterns, gain clarity, and build resilience. At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship. I believe it can be a genuine and supportive connection that can itself be healing and provide a foundation for stronger, more fulfilling relationships beyond therapy.
