Why choose me as your therapist?

I believe therapy should be purposeful and genuinely useful. It’s a space to understand yourself more clearly - your patterns, your history, and what continues to shape how you think, feel, and respond.

This isn’t always comfortable, but it’s often where meaningful change begins.

The relationship we build matters. I offer a warm, straightforward space where you can show up as you are, feel understood, and be supported to think clearly about what’s going on.

We might explore your past, your relationships, or the patterns that are keeping you stuck. The focus is always the same: helping you build clarity, restore a sense of choice, and move towards a life that feels more aligned with your needs and values.

This is active work. It’s not about insight alone, but about creating change that lasts.

Who Am I?

I am a therapist registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, offering a warm, professional approach grounded in high-quality care. I work integratively, tailoring therapy to your individual needs rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model.

My background in psychology and health psychology informs a clear understanding of how the mind and body interact, particularly in the context of stress, burnout, and overall wellbeing. Alongside this, my experience in crisis mental healthcare means I am able to work steadily and thoughtfully with more complex or overwhelming situations.

I have a particular interest in relationships, burnout, and feeling stuck. My work is trauma-informed and focused on understanding the patterns that develop over time, and how they continue to shape your thoughts, emotions, and behaviour.

I take a holistic, structured approach, recognising how different areas of life—relationships, work, and self-care—interact. The focus is not just on insight, but on helping you create meaningful, lasting change in how you live your life.
