Who Am I?
I am a therapist registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care. Using an integrative approach, I tailor my methods to meet the unique needs of each client.
With a background in psychology and health psychology, I bring a deep understanding of the human mind and its connection to overall well-being. My experience in crisis mental healthcare equips me to navigate challenging situations with empathy and sensitivity.
I have a particular interest in supporting clients with relationships, stress, overwhelm, and burnout, always from a trauma-informed perspective. I take a holistic approach, recognising how different aspects of life—relationships, work, and self-care—impact mental health. I am dedicated to helping clients nurture their well-being and achieve positive, lasting transformation.
