Who Am I?

I am a therapist registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, committed to providing exceptional care and support to my clients. Utilising an integrative approach, I tailor my methods to suit the unique needs of each individual.

With a background in psychology and health psychology, I possess a deep understanding of the complexities of the human mind and its innate connection to our overall well-being. Drawing on my experience in crisis mental healthcare, I am well-equipped to navigate challenging situations with empathy and compassion.

I have a special interest in working with stress, overwhelm, and burnout from a trauma informed perspective.

Emphasising a holistic approach, I recognise the interconnectedness of our lives and acknowledge the profound impact various aspects, such as relationships, work, and self-care, can have on our mental health. With a strong belief that nurturing our mental well-being is just as crucial as attending to our physical health, I am dedicated to guiding my clients towards positive transformation and lasting happiness.
