Why choose me as your therapist?
I believe therapy can be genuinely transformational when it’s approached with intention and care. When you step into this process with openness, you start noticing the deeper parts of yourself - your patterns, your history, your hopes, and the areas that might feel vulnerable or unfamiliar. This isn’t always comfortable, and it isn’t meant to be. But it’s often where the most meaningful shifts happen.
The relationship we build matters. I want our sessions, whether online or in person, to feel like a space where you can show up exactly as you are. You should feel understood, listened to, and supported. My focus is always on helping you create a life that feels better and more aligned with who you are.
We might look at your past, your relationships, your reactions, or your future goals. Whatever you bring, I’m always holding the same question: How can I support you with this right now? Therapy isn’t meant to be effortless. If it feels too easy, we probably aren’t touching the areas that have the potential to create real, lasting change. My role is to offer steady, honest support while you explore your whole self. As you understand yourself more fully - your strengths, your needs, your old patterns - you gain more clarity and choice in how you move forward.
I know I won’t be the right therapist for everyone, and that’s completely okay. But if we do work together, you can expect a space where the work we do is taken seriously, handled with care, and centred on what you genuinely want for yourself.
